1. Board Commitment
Forplas Management and the Board of Directors believe that sustainability is of strategic importance to the company’s long-term success and competitiveness. We are committed to integrating sustainability principles into our business strategies and to providing the resources necessary to do so.
2. Purpose
As Forplas, we carry out our plastic granule production activities in line with the principles of economic success, environmental responsibility, ethical business conduct, and creating social value.
3. Scope
This policy covers all employees, managers, interns, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and business partners.
4. Implementation and Responsibilities
Management supports our sustainability goals. Department managers integrate the policy’s requirements into their own processes. Employees act in accordance with the principles of this policy.
5. Our Strategic Approach
Forplas addresses sustainability through the dimensions of corporate governance, environmental performance, people and society, sustainable products, and responsible supply chain.
16. Ethical Business Conduct and Corporate Governance
We operate in line with the principles of integrity, transparency, accountability, and fairness.
18. Stakeholder Engagement
We aim to maintain open communication with our stakeholders and to include their views in our decision-making processes.
19. Review of the Policy
This policy is reviewed at least once a year and updated in line with a continuous improvement approach.
