The quality management system was certified to ISO 9001, laying the foundations of our corporate quality approach.
Laboratory Established
An integrated laboratory was established to support production processes, bringing testing and analysis capacity in-house.
RoHS-Compliant Production
All production processes were brought into compliance with the RoHS directive, strengthening our competitiveness in the European market.
New Factory
A new production facility went into operation, marking a major transformation through investment in capacity and technology. The same year, we achieved 100% compliance with the REACH regulation.
Production Line Investment
Capacity was significantly increased with a new production line investment. During the same period, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certifications were obtained, institutionalizing our environmental and occupational health management systems.
Exports to 4 Continents, 30+ Countries
Our export network reached 4 continents and more than 30 countries, cementing Forplas's identity as a global supplier.
Production Line Investment
A second production line investment further increased production capacity and flexibility.
ISO 45001 Integration
The occupational health and safety management system was integrated with ISO 45001, making employee safety an integral part of every process.
ISO 17025 Accreditation
Forplas earned the title of Turkey's first and only ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, accredited by TÜRKAK.
Factory Expansion
Our existing facility was expanded to 7,500 m², with warehouse, production, and logistics infrastructure modernized.
İKMİB Export Achievement Award
Forplas was honored with an award in the Polymer Compound Exports category by the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters' Association (İKMİB), ranking third in Turkey for polymer compound exports in 2024.
Completion of HFFR Compound Investment
With the completion of our HFFR compound investment, we began serving customers in this area alongside PVC granules, expanding our product range and production diversity. Our flame-retardant product also received approval under the European CPR B2ca-s2,d0,a3 classification, reinforcing product reliability.
İnoSuit Program Graduation
The İnoSuit Program, carried out with the support of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), was successfully completed after 11 months of work; the concurrently run TÜBİTAK 1831 Green Innovation Technology Mentorship Program was also completed, making innovation an integral part of our quality management systems.
IATF 16949 Certification
Certification to the IATF 16949 automotive quality management standard is targeted for completion.
