With the support of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and under the coordination of Mehmet Aydın and Serkan Altuntaş, we successfully completed the InoSuit Program after an 11-month process.
Within the scope of the program, guided by our expert consultant Dr. Gül Çiçek Bintaş, we strengthened our innovation capacity and carried out efforts to manage our new product development processes with a more systematic approach.
This workshop contributed to our better understanding of market needs, optimizing our R&D processes, and strengthening an innovation-focused corporate culture.
